Choose from up-to-date AV/technology packages and full-service catering provided by our onsite restaurant, Cristina Gray’s Restaurant and Bar. The Inn’s conference facilities are some of the best in High Point, equipped with capabilities for high-speed Internet access, ISDN lines, and independent climate controls.
Guests will find our Inn easy to access from interstate corridors. Upon arrival, they can expect to stay in comfort and style in our early Italian-style mansion decorated with fine arts and High Point’s exquisite showcase of Southern Furniture. JH Adams Inn campus showcases 9 unique gathering areas, 31 stunning guest rooms, and upscale casual dining at Cristina Gray’s Restaurant and Bar.

Courtyard
Our 2,500 sq.ft. covered Harlequin Courtyard can host gatherings with up to 125 guests. The area features a diamond checkerboard colored patio, Sunbrella awning that covers most of the courtyard, and festive exterior string lighting to create the perfect ambiance for an outdoor event. The doorways leading to the interior space, the Diamond Room, provide access to additional seating and a nice transition from outdoor events to indoor dining. The courtyard lends to a more vibrant setting making it perfect for corporate parties, meetings, and social events. The Courtyard is best used from March – November, or with heaters.
Diamond Room
The 800 sq.ft. Diamond Room features a stained concrete design floor, decorative wood trimmed walls filled with artful decor, and rich crown molding. This room can host your gatherings of up to 50 guests. It can also open into the Harlequin Courtyard if you additional or more flexible space that either requires a transition from presentation to dining or if you simply want an outdoor fresh air experience for your guests.
Cristina Gray’s Bar
For more intimate events and gatherings, the 310 sq.ft. Cristina Gray’s Bar is available. This area seats up to 16 people with proximity to additional seating for 16 more in the Club Room. This space is used frequently for receptions, small group after-hours meetings, and private bars. With mounted TV’s, an expansive wine rack, and beautifully designed bar, this space is perfect for to high energy gatherings, friend meetups, and social hours.
The 247 sq.ft. Club Room area is steps away from Cristina Gray’s Bar and provides a more casual and soft seating option to the bar with its comfortable corner booths. The room is perfect for small groups of 16 or less to convene for social or private meetings and offers two door closures for privacy to separate it from the common areas.
Lobby Area
Our 627 sq.ft. Lobby can host gatherings of up to 100 people in banquet rounds. It is often used in combination with the neighboring bar, Club and Partners Room to host a total of 144 guests in banquet rounds or a combination of seating and reception style set-up for an event that encourages guest interaction. The Italian-style mansion features antiques and the latest in art and furnishings that are often featured in the High Point Furniture Market showrooms.
The 247 sq.ft. Partners Room can host a small gathering of up to 12 people, but is often combined with the neighboring Lobby and Club Rooms and bar to host a total of 144 guests. This room features a marble adorned fireplace and lends itself to a more intimate, formal gathering place. A boardroom table is often utilized in this space for business meetings.
South Wing
The 414 sq. ft. Heritage Room can host gatherings of up to 25 people. This room is located in the South Wing, built in 2000, this it is preferred by those who enjoy modern finishes needed for training sessions or break-out room space with projectors, screens, and recessed lighting.
Elizabeth House
The Craftsman Room and the Artisan Room are both located in the Elizabeth House next door to the JH Adams Inn. Guests will enjoy a spacious front porch, interior hardwood floors, traditional louvered blinds, and richly carved moldings. The house is complete with a kitchen, bathrooms and other support spaces.
The 450 sq.ft. Craftsman Room can host gatherings with up to 50 guests and provides an intimate and quiet setting. This room provides the highest level of privacy and occasionally the Elizabeth House is rented in its entirety, including the adjoining Artisan Room, private bathrooms and kitchen space. Full catering is offered in this space, just like all of our other spaces at the JH Adams Inn. The Craftsman and Artisan Room, when combined, can host gatherings of up to 50 people in a banquet style setting.
The 255 sq.ft. Artisan Room can host gatherings of up to 20 people. This room adjoins the Craftsman Room and is often used in unison for private events.
