Getaway to Winston-Salem this Easter! The city’s Easter traditions date nearly 250 years to 1772, when the first Easter Sunrise Service was held in the Moravian settlement of Old Salem. Since then, the service has been held annually with little variation from the traditional form on the grounds of God’s Acre. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and risks associated, the 2021 service will be livestreamed.
This year, we invite you and your family to celebrate the Easter holiday with us at the Historic Brookstown Inn. Search through the cherry blossoms for hidden treats in the Courtyard on Saturday, April 3rd, during our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Then, wake up on Easter Sunday to Mimosas and Hot Cross Buns!
